We target professionals holding degrees in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Master Builder, who possess a strong vocation for comprehensive construction project management, team leadership, and operational efficiency. We specialize in technical consulting, project development, feasibility studies, quantity surveying, budgeting, project management, execution, and supervision of construction works. Main Responsibilities: Overall site management and progress supervision according to plans. Daily task coordination and construction phase planning. On-site material control, coordination of material delivery and procurement (handling delivery notes and receiving materials). Management of suppliers and contractors. Budget and cost tracking and control. Knowledge and understanding of construction progress certification methods. Supervision and management of in-house personnel (work crews). Preparation of technical reports and construction progress reports. Drafting and revision of drawings in AutoCAD. Implementation of on-site safety and hygiene regulations. Optimization of time and resources. Skills and Competencies: Ability to read plans and technical details. Knowledge of budget preparation and evaluation. Familiarity with construction materials, machinery, construction processes, and site resolutions. Proficiency in Excel. Knowledge of architecture and construction software (AutoCAD, Revit, 3D modeling programs). Knowledge and application of safety and hygiene standards. Management of on-site personnel and work crews. Mandatory and Non-Mandatory Requirements: Valid driver’s license. Current professional registration. Graduate of Architecture, Engineering, or Master Builder programs. Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction project management. · Work Modality: Contract: Permanent employment relationship. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with availability for overtime (during weekdays or weekends as required). Work Location: Office in Vicente López and project sites as applicable.
