**Date:** Oct 28, 2025 **Location:** Argentina, Buenos Air **Company:** deloittemx **What is the day-to-day of the position?** As a Telecom Operations Specialist at Deloitte, you will administer the technological resources required to ensure the appropriate service level for the Firm's operations and address needs arising from the execution of such administration, as well as resolve various failures or issues with the technological resources of your area. You will manage the firm's tools, resources, processes, applications, operating systems, and hardware to maintain the defined service level (SLA), determine various solutions or corrective actions to be applied to technological resources, update controls and procedures implemented in the area according to changes made in the technology platform, support projects across different Technology areas with the installation and deployment of equipment, systems, and technological solutions that are acquired or developed, and assist the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) in resolving issues for internal and external clients.
