We are over 121,000 professionals working in multidisciplinary teams with diverse profiles including financial experts, legal specialists, data scientists, developers, engineers, and designers.** * This time, we are looking to add to our **Technology** team an **Observability Specialist**, with the challenge of driving the evolution of our monitoring and performance analysis platforms, promoting end\-to\-end observability practices in hybrid environments. **Responsibilities** * Administer, maintain, and evolve the **Dynatrace** and **Zabbix** observability platforms, including dashboard configuration, alerts, tagging, event correlation, and problem detection. * Design and implement dashboards in **Grafana**, integrating data from multiple sources. * Promote and implement end\-to\-end observability practices: metrics, logs, traces, and events. * Analyze performance issues, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with technical teams to resolve them. * Participate in the definition and monitoring of technical and business **KPIs** and **SLAs**. * Use **DQL (Dynatrace Query Language)** to explore and analyze logs. * ### **Requirements** * Previous experience in managing observability platforms (Dynatrace, Zabbix, Grafana). * Knowledge of monitoring practices, performance analysis, and troubleshooting. * Proficiency with data visualization and analysis tools. * Experience in cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises environments. * Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with various technical areas. * Desired experience in defining KPIs and SLAs. **Skills** * ### **Analytical thinking and problem-solving orientation.** * Proactivity and autonomy. * Ability to produce clear and structured documentation. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Adaptability to dynamic and constantly evolving environments. * If you want to be part of a key team in the technological transformation of the bank, playing a leading role in observability and performance projects, your place is at BBVA. * Implement and adapt observability solutions in **on premises** and **cloud** environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). * Document configurations, standards, and monitoring procedures. **Skills:** Banking
