We are recruiting experienced Telesales Operators to schedule visits for custom software development. We seek individuals with a strong sales profile, who are dynamic and extroverted, and oriented toward achieving results. Requirements: · Experience in “intangible sales” (mandatory) · Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technology services · Proven track record of successfully generating and closing commercial opportunities. · Ability to work autonomously and remotely, with self-management and organizational skills. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. · Access to proprietary databases or experience building customer pipelines. · Familiarity with the sales cycle for outsourcing or technology services (technical knowledge not required). · Ability to identify business opportunities and establish commercial relationships with decision-makers. · Completed secondary education (mandatory) · Good personal presence. · Age: 18 to 50 years.
