Job Summary: Inventory and Returns Manager responsible for coordinating inventories, ensuring product management, optimizing resources, and leading management KPIs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of physical and systemic inventory counts in stores 2. Management of product receipt, storage, and dispatch 3. Analysis of inventory discrepancies and proposals for improvement At FenixBA, we are seeking an Inventory and Returns Manager to join our Operations team. Main Tasks and Responsibilities: Monitor and coordinate physical and systemic inventory counts across stores. Ensure proper receipt, storage, rotation, and dispatch of products and supplies. Design and execute cyclic and comprehensive stock control processes (rotating and annual inventories). Analyze inventory discrepancies and variances, proposing corrective actions and improvements. Collaborate with Operations, Management Control, Administration, Procurement, and other departments to optimize resources, processes, and space utilization. Manage Mercado Libre returns and inspection of computer equipment. Lead KPIs for the RMA and NC department. Requirements: Residence in areas near Lanús Oeste. Full-time availability (Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:30). Prior experience in similar roles is preferred. Attention to detail. Commitment, responsibility, and strong teamwork orientation.
