In this opportunity, we are looking to add a Technical Project Manager focused on Infrastructure to our team, with strategic vision and the ability to lead high-impact projects. Responsibilities * Lead end-to-end management of technology infrastructure solutions and projects, from conception to delivery. * Use project management methodologies, both agile and traditional (waterfall), adapting the approach to business needs. * Understand and translate complex technical requirements, ensuring solutions meet quality and performance expectations. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, inspiring and guiding collaboration toward project goals. * Negotiate with vendors, internal clients, and team members, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. * Identify, analyze, and effectively resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle. * Manage multiple priorities in an organized manner, adapting to changes and new needs arising in a dynamic environment. * Communicate progress, risks, and results to both technical and non-technical audiences, tailoring the message to the audience. Requirements * Proven experience in managing technology and infrastructure projects. * Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (agile and waterfall). * Familiarity with various infrastructure technologies and platforms. * Ability to understand and translate technical requirements into concrete deliverables. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Leadership, strategic vision, analytical thinking, and results orientation. * Negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Adaptability and flexibility to changes in environment and priorities.
