We are collaborating with a **global leader in industrial machinery and engineering**, supporting the evolution of its technological infrastructure. We are looking for a Senior professional with extensive experience as a DBA in SQL Server environments, focused on performance, scalability, availability, and security. This is a demanding environment involving high-profile projects, work in English, and global presence. Candidates from other provinces are welcome (100% remote). #### **Key Responsibilities:** * Install, configure, and update SQL Server software and related products in Windows environments. * Design, maintain, and ensure recoverability of SQL Server databases. * Plan capacity and allocate system storage for future needs. * Establish and execute performance monitoring procedures. * Control user access and maintain database security. * Provide scalable and reliable environments to store and integrate company data. * Deliver 7x24 support for production databases. * Maintain updated technical documentation and standards. * Implement Microsoft recommended best practices. * Configure and maintain SQL clusters and high-availability environments. #### **Qualifications and Required Skills:** * More than 5 years of experience as a SQL Server DBA in production environments on Windows. * Experience in designing and implementing highly available and scalable solutions. * Proficiency in backups, recovery, replication, and AlwaysOn Availability Groups. * Solid knowledge of Windows administration. * High expertise in performance tuning and monitoring using SQL Server tools. * Experience working on large-scale, externally visible projects. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure. * Excellent communication skills and customer orientation. * English (B2\), with ability to participate in daily meetings with team and client. #### **Project Environment and Benefits:** * Hybrid mode: if located in CABA or GBA, onsite presence is required twice a month (typically Fridays), the rest is remote. * Candidates from other provinces are also accepted (100% remote). * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. * Daily work in English within a high-performance multicultural team. #### **How to Apply: Software Engineering Application Automation Opportunity** Apply through our online portal to introduce yourself and share your experience in automation!
