Job Description: At Experis Argentina, we are looking for a **Python Developer** to join a leading IT services consulting company, participating in innovative and challenging projects. **Hybrid mode (3x2\) \- CABA** **Direct hiring by our client** **Responsibilities:** * Develop efficient and scalable code. * Create unit, integration, and end-to-end tests. * Identify and fix bugs (debugging). * Improve existing workflows and processes. * Develop RESTful APIs. * Conduct code reviews. * Support the team with tasks as needed. * Communicate clearly and respectfully with colleagues, stakeholders, and leadership. * Follow data security and protection guidelines. * Maintain clean and organized documentation. **Minimum Requirements:** * Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. * Knowledge of software development best practices. * Experience with at least one Python framework (FastAPI, Flask, or Django). * Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, etc.). * Knowledge of APIs. * Familiarity with Agile principles and Scrum methodology. * Ability to work collaboratively and proactively. * Advanced English proficiency. **Desirable:** * Experience in data observability, telemetry, and monitoring tools. * Experience with Cloud platforms. * Experience with data analysis tools and practices. * Knowledge of network security standards and compliance.
