We are looking for a motivated Acquisition Manager to join our team and play a key role in building relationships with property owners and converting qualified leads into signed contracts. Responsibilities * Take over qualified appointments set by the Appointment Setter and conduct seller meetings (phone, Zoom, or in\-person). * Build rapport and trust with potential sellers to understand their needs and motivations. * Negotiate and structure purchase agreements that align with company goals. * Manage and guide the cold calling team, ensuring leads are properly qualified and followed up. * Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system. * Work closely with the Dispositions Manager and leadership team to ensure smooth deal flow from acquisition to closing. * Analyze property values and run comps to determine fair offers. * Provide feedback to improve marketing and lead generation efforts. Requirements * Proven experience in real estate acquisitions, sales, or a related field. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with sellers. * Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management. * Detail\-oriented, self\-motivated, and able to work independently. * Leadership skills to manage and support the cold calling team. * Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast\-paced environment.
