Automation of administrative tasks Job Description: **Senior Windows Server \& Active Directory Administrator.** We are looking for a **Server and Infrastructure Administrator** (with solid experience in Windows Server and Active Directory) to join a major corporate banking environment, participating in the administration and maintenance of Microsoft critical infrastructure. This position targets professionals with experience in server administration, Active Directory, and corporate infrastructure services within critical environments. Work Location: Microcenter \- CABA. Work Modality: Hybrid 4x1 (4 days on-site and 1 day remote). Availability for on-call duty during off-hours in case of incidents. Main Responsibilities: * Administration and maintenance of Windows Server environments. * Advanced Active Directory management. * Administration of: GPO, DNS, DHCP, policies, and permissions. * Troubleshooting of Microsoft infrastructure. * Server hardening and security. * Administration and monitoring of critical services. * Incident management and operational continuity. * Participation in technology migration and modernization projects. * Automation of administrative tasks. * Technical documentation and operational procedures. Requirements: * Proven experience administering Windows Server. * Advanced experience with Active Directory. * Solid knowledge of: GPO, DNS, DHCP, virtualization. * Experience in infrastructure troubleshooting. * Microsoft Windows Server Hybrid Administrator certifications (AZ\-800/801\). * Experience in critical and high-availability environments. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in banking or financial environments. * Knowledge of monitoring and automation. * Experience with VMware or Hyper\-V. * Familiarity with observability tools. * Knowledge of Microsoft security.
