At GCA Group, we continue growing and want to onboard a person eager to develop professionally in the Systems area. \- **Main Responsibilities:** Provide technical support to internal users. Participate in network and technological infrastructure management. Develop and maintain Power BI reports. Collaborate on automation and process improvement projects. Identify needs across various departments and support automation initiatives. Act as the internal systems reference and functional support for teams. Track and resolve incidents. Document departmental procedures and processes. ✅ **Requirements:** Student or graduate in Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of prior experience in similar positions. Knowledge of Windows Server and basic server administration. Proficiency in SQL. Knowledge of Power BI. Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of networking and technical support. Interest in process automation and continuous improvement. Analytical, proactive, and problem-solving oriented profile.
