If you are motivated by integrated campaigns, media, PR, and influencer work, and are interested in making a regional impact within a dynamic environment, this opportunity may be for you. ### **Position context** A strategic role responsible for leading the amplification of brand and category strategies in the South American Partnership Markets through owned and external channels. This includes orchestrating digital platforms, influencer marketing, PR initiatives (including press and KOLs), and Out-of-Home (OOH) activations. The position is also responsible for the brand’s holistic communication channel strategy, covering both online (social media, website, CRM) and offline (OOH, TV, print, etc.), ensuring consistency and impact across all consumer touchpoints. This role holds specific responsibility for Digital Marketing, Media, and PR, and will lead regional agencies in these areas. The individual will design the regional strategy for the South American Partnership Markets and ensure its proper execution at both regional and local levels through distributors. ### **Mission** Drive consumer engagement, brand desirability, and commercial performance through integrated marketing, PR, and media campaigns, ensuring consistent brand expression and growth across all consumer touchpoints. ### **Key Responsibilities & Activities** * Media Strategy: Define the media mix for each campaign and AON strategy based on the consumer journey. * Content Strategy: Define the content strategy aligned with brand pillars and align the media strategy to effectively amplify them. * PR Strategy: Define influencer, press, and UGC strategies to maximize reach and content generation. * Performance and Impact Analysis: Measure and analyze performance across Media, Digital, Social Listening, and PR. * Oversee execution on brand-owned channels (e.g., social media, websites) and external levers such as influencers, PR, and OOH. * Collaborate closely with Global/Regional Marketing, Trade, and Commercial teams to ensure consistency in execution and message amplification. * Monitor campaign performance, optimize content and investments, and ensure accurate reporting and analysis in Media and PR. * Identify consumer trends and insights to continuously evolve communication, PR, and digital tactics. * Manage agency relationships, ensuring creative excellence and timely delivery from Media, Digital, and PR partners. ### **Key Relationships** * Internal: Marketing Leader, Marketing Planning & Operations Lead, CCCM Leader, Area Managers, Finance, Global Teams. * External: PM Distributor Teams, Agencies. ### **Summary of Experience / Other Requirements** * Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, brand amplification, or PR roles within FMCG, lifestyle, retail, or media agencies. * Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and influencer/PR activations. * Solid knowledge of digital tools, media KPIs, and PR performance metrics. * Experience working with regional teams and agencies is highly valued. * Experience managing consumer budgets and content pipelines. ### **Education / Professional Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. * Certification in Digital and Media. * Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken). ### **Required Skills & Traits** * Strategic mindset with strong execution capability. * Deep understanding of media dynamics, digital content, and consumer behavior. * High level of creativity, adaptability, and proactivity. * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. * Data-driven approach with passion for storytelling and brand building. * Strong project management skills and attention to detail. * Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and media dashboards. **Our Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:** At Campari Group, we believe in creating more value together; therefore, we view diversity in all its forms as a source of enrichment.
