Grain Procurement Sales Representative To strengthen our Commercial Team in Las Varillas, Córdoba Province, we are seeking graduates in Agricultural Engineering with knowledge and experience in marketing agricultural inputs and grains. The successful candidate will be responsible for commercial activities in the central-southern zone of the aforementioned province. In addition to commercial responsibilities, the role also encompasses market analysis, collections, customer service, and other marketing strategies. A minimum of two years’ experience in similar positions is essential. Additionally, the ideal candidate must possess strong commercial acumen, excellent analytical ability, results orientation, strong interpersonal skills, teamwork capability, and proficiency in Windows-based software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and management systems (SAP). It is also essential to reside in Las Varillas or nearby areas and to have permanent availability for travel. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the company's commercial activities, driving business growth. Develop and maintain strong, long-term commercial relationships with local producers. Provide personalized technical advice, conducting periodic field visits accompanied by the team under supervision. Coordinate and supervise the team's monthly objectives. Ensure purchasing processes and negotiations with laboratories. Identify business opportunities within the region and lead their development. Present commercial and purchasing results to the company's board for strategic decision-making. Requirements: Agricultural Engineer (mandatory) with experience as a Commercial Manager, strong commercial profile, and knowledge of the agrochemical market. Experience leading teams. (Mandatory). Residence in Las Varillas or willingness to relocate. Availability for on-site work: Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 12 PM and 2 PM to 6 PM, Saturdays half-day.
