Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Manager for Sygsa, responsible for planning and organizing all phases of construction projects, from site preparation to final handover. Key Highlights: 1. Your objective is to plan and organize all stages of the construction project, from site preparation to final handover. · Responsibilities: - Planning and resource management. - Schedule control. - Technical supervision. - Quality and safety. - Monthly reporting and issuance of certificates. · Requirements: - Must be an Architect or Civil Engineer (Mandatory) - Experience in high-rise buildings and exposed concrete works (Mandatory) · Working Days and Hours: Monday to Friday: 8 AM to 5 PM; Saturdays: 8 AM to 12 PM.
