This role is critical to securing high-quality talent, ensuring process efficiency, and delivering an outstanding experience for candidates and stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume and specialized positions. * Design and execute effective sourcing strategies using LATAM job boards, LinkedIn, databases, Boolean search, and headhunting. * Conduct competency-based interviews and talent assessments. * Build and maintain robust pipelines for critical and recurring positions. * Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and internal leaders. * Ensure achievement of KPIs, candidate quality, and time-to-fill targets. * Maintain organized reports, documentation, and pipelines in ATS/CRM systems. * Analyze market trends and propose continuous improvements to recruitment processes. **Requirements** * 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience. * Proven experience in high-volume hiring and specialized roles (Finance, Legal, IT, Marketing, Recruiting). * Solid experience recruiting talent across LATAM. * Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS, and advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean). * Advanced English (mandatory). **Key Competencies** * Effective communication and stakeholder management. * Organization, attention to detail, and quality orientation. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple open positions. * Strategic mindset, autonomy, and sense of ownership. * Collaborative approach and results orientation. #STAFF25 Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $1.000,00 per month
