Key Responsibilities: 1. Management of payroll and social security contribution updates 2. Handling employee inquiries and complaints 3. Supervision of Hygiene and Safety At Avalian, we are currently seeking a Human Resources Analyst to join our Human Resources team in Rosario, Santa Fe, Argentina. If you are passionate about the field of human resources and have experience in this area, this opportunity is for you! What will be your main challenges? Ensure timely provision of update information so that payroll and social security contributions are processed according to schedule and applicable regulations. Handle employee inquiries, concerns, and complaints, analyzing each situation accordingly. Request, dispatch, and manage company uniforms for employees, whether for new hires or replacements. Prepare documentation required by law. Supervise visits by the Hygiene and Safety specialist and ensure compliance with current internal and external regulations. Report workplace accidents to the ART (Workers’ Compensation Insurance Provider), and prepare and submit all required documentation. Requirements What do we value? Advanced student or graduate of a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources Management, or Labor Relations.
