Position Summary: We are seeking a Software Implementer to support system implementation at client sites, including requirements gathering, documentation, training, and functional support. Key Highlights: 1. Customer needs assessment and documentation preparation. 2. End-user training and functional software support. 3. Installation, parameterization, and configuration of associated hardware. We are currently looking for a Software Implementer to join our team and support the implementation process at client sites. Key Responsibilities: Assess customer requirements for software implementation. Prepare documentation, manuals, and workflows tailored to each client. Provide end-user training. Deliver functional support to customers regarding usage and features of software developed by the team (primarily BionovaQ). Install and parameterize software at client premises. Configure associated hardware devices. Track progress and coordinate with clients. Willingness to travel to client sites. Education: Advanced student or graduate in Information Systems Engineering, Systems Bachelor’s Degree, University Systems Analyst, or related fields (not mandatory). Additional Requirements: Conversational English. Minimum 1 year of prior experience in similar roles (preferred but not mandatory).
