Job Search: Industrial Engineering Project Manager Location: Park Empresario Uriburu 6800 (Rosario) Company: AFG Engineering Position Objective: Comprehensively manage assigned projects from initiation to completion, coordinating interactions among various involved departments to ensure achievement of technical, economic, and schedule objectives, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and strengthening long-term business relationships. Main Responsibilities: Plan and evaluate technical feasibility, project scope, costs, and required resources to define the execution strategy. Develop and lead project execution, coordinating work schedules with various departments to meet client requirements. Efficiently manage human and financial resources assigned to the project to ensure profitability and adherence to deadlines. Analyze and monitor project progress reports to control milestone achievement and detect deviations. Evaluate design aspects jointly with the client and the Senior Mechanical Designer assigned to the project. Track and activate critical procurement activities to prevent execution delays. Select suppliers participating in the project, considering technical quality and economic competitiveness. Supervise work performed by designers assigned to the work order, validating developed designs. Coordinate work among different internal departments to ensure deliverables reach the plant on time and as scheduled. Monitor construction progress jointly with the Site Manager and Facilities Manager. Maintain close relations with the client, providing accurate responses and supporting their needs throughout the project. Consolidate information regarding expense forecasts, workload, and certifications to report to management and facilitate decision-making. Prepare final project reports identifying strengths, opportunities for improvement, and lessons learned for future developments. Requirements: Graduate or advanced student in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (Mandatory). Proven experience of over 3 years in industrial project management. Knowledge of project planning, cost control, and resource management. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Full-time availability and willingness to travel occasionally. Personal transportation Preferred Qualifications: Experience in mechanical engineering or industrial automation projects. Knowledge of project management methodologies.
