The main objective will be to manage the procurement process according to business needs, optimizing costs and commercial terms while ensuring compliance with internal procedures. Main Responsibilities: - Manage the entire purchasing cycle. - Handle internal purchase requests and track purchase orders. - Negotiate with suppliers and analyze quotations. - Control documentation and invoicing related to each transaction. - Perform reconciliations with suppliers and the accounting department. - Update information and pricing in the management system. - Monitor deliveries, lead times, and service levels. - Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and requesting departments to optimize inventory. - Identify opportunities for improvement in costs, processes, and commercial terms. Requirements: - Previous experience in similar positions. - Advanced student or graduate in Economics or related fields (mandatory). - Proficiency in Excel, Office suite, and ERP systems. - Commercial profile with strong negotiation skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in automotive parts companies or the automotive industry - Analytical ability and results orientation. - Organization, autonomy, and proactivity. - Strong communication and teamwork skills.
