We also offer a range of services for farmers and risk management solutions. **PURPOSE** ------------- The Management Assistant will provide moderately complex and varied administrative support. We seek a professional who can coordinate, integrate, and implement administrative and communications functions. **RESPONSIBILITIES** --------------------- * Develop communication and training materials based on clear, routine tasks. * Apply knowledge of operations, infrastructure, policies, and procedures to execute moderately complex administrative processes. * Maintain and update digital platforms. * Schedule and coordinate meetings and activities. * Request, collect, and organize information for report generation. * Receive and relay messages responding to local or corporate administrative or communications requests. * Actively participate in DEI initiatives and Cargill Foundation activities. * Manage administrative, operational, and communications tasks under general supervision while ensuring visibility across other organizational members. * Other duties as assigned. #LI-KU1 #LI-Onsite **QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------ **MINIMUM** * Advanced student pursuing a degree in Journalism, Communication Sciences, Political Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or International Relations. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel). * Intermediate English language skills. **PREFERRED** * Minimum of two years of related work experience. * Familiarity with tools such as Power BI. * Experience with Power Apps or continuous improvement tools. * Experience in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) activities and social work. In this role, you will contribute to identifying and selecting the most suitable and cost-effective transportation options.
