




Job Summary: Nextbyn is seeking a Sales Development Representative to generate and qualify leads, identifying business opportunities and acting as a bridge between prospects and the sales team. We are a Scale Up providing SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions to companies engaged in the distribution of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) across LATAM. With over 30 years of experience, presence in 10 countries, and a team of over 150 professionals. We are looking for a SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE to join our commercial team. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads to drive the growth of our sales team. This role is critical for identifying business opportunities, serving as the key bridge between prospects and our sales team. You will have the opportunity to: - Identify and qualify leads via cold calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media. - Maintain consistent and professional communication with prospects to maximize conversion. - Provide insights and feedback to the commercial and marketing teams to improve campaigns and the sales process. - Log interactions and efficiently manage the pipeline within the CRM (preferably HubSpot). - Monitor and report on prospecting and conversion KPIs, proposing improvement strategies. What does our ideal SDR look like? Resident of Rosario. - University graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. - Over 2 years of experience in similar roles such as SDR, lead generation, or B2B sales. Experience in SaaS or technology companies is a plus. - Familiarity with tools such as CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and analytics software (Power BI, Tableau, etc.), advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. - Energetic and focused profile, with strong empathy, active listening skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.
