You will build client relationships, provide technical support, and ensure order\-to\-cash follow\-up while collaborating with logistics, credit, and finance teams. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve volume and profit targets. * Promote agrochemicals, biologicals, and seeds to distributors and growers. * Manage and grow customer base in the assigned region. * Provide technical guidance and post\-sales support. * Monitor competitors and market trends. * Coordinate order follow\-up with credit and logistics teams. * Participate in collections and guarantee management. * Prepare sales performance reports. * Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and materials. * Participate in commercial planning and forecasting. **Job Requirements** * 3\-5 years relevant experience in agricultural inputs sales (agrochemicals, biologicals, or seeds). * Strong relationship\-building and negotiation skills. * Ability to provide basic technical support to clients.
