Job Description: **Position Objective:** Ensure the proper operation, updating, and monitoring of technological infrastructure, guaranteeing compliance with local and global regulations, as well as effective coordination among involved teams and departments. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Automation and Tracking:** Use technological tools to track delivered or requested demands, including new automation items. * **Backup Policies:** Review and update existing backup policies, ensuring compliance with local regulations and proper execution of such policies. * **Cross-Team Coordination:** Act as a liaison between global, regional, BR’s, APM’s, and DU’s teams regarding infrastructure-related matters. * **COB Activities:** Actively participate in COB Trac maintenance, COB testing, and B2B testing, ensuring adherence to established standards. * **Capacity Planning:** Conduct weekly reviews of resource utilization, maintain updated procedures, and manage necessary changes (CHG) for updates. * **Impact Meetings:** Coordinate weekly meetings to assess the impact of scheduled changes and the support required by CTI. * **Local COB Exercises:** Lead local COB exercises and MCAs related to infrastructure, collaborating with technology and business coordinators. * **Technical Monitoring:** Monitor VTMs for end users, servers, storage, and agent connectivity to consoles. * **EOVS (End of Vendor Support):** Track equipment reaching end-of-vendor-support (EOVS), ensuring required replacements are properly scheduled and budgeted. **Desired Profile:** We seek a proactive, organized individual skilled in coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
