Job Description: At **StaffRock IT**, a company specializing in Staff Augmentation and Recruitment & Selection services, we are seeking an **Electrical Construction Manager** to join the team of a leading company providing comprehensive solutions in electrical installations and assembly. We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience in this role, possessing strong leadership, team management, communication, and negotiation skills. **What will be your mission?** The Electrical Construction Manager’s mission is to lead and coordinate specialized technical teams, plan and execute electrical installation projects, and ensure compliance with specified electrical engineering requirements—guaranteeing adherence to technical, regulatory, safety, quality, and schedule standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of low-, medium-, and/or high-voltage electrical construction works and installations, ensuring correct implementation of the specified electrical engineering design. * Monitor project progress, controlling timelines, costs, technical quality, and adherence to the scheduled timeline. * Identify technical or operational deviations and propose corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations (IRAM, IEC, AEA) on construction sites; coordinate tests, commissioning procedures, and technical certifications; and prepare technical documentation (reports, progress reports, etc.). * Assign tasks, define priorities, and ensure efficient use of human and material resources. * Participate in site meetings, progress reporting, and provide technical follow-up. **What skills and experience are we looking for?** * Electrical Engineer, Electromechanical Engineer, or Electrical Technician (with valid professional license). * Proven experience leading electrical construction projects in industrial, corporate, or large-scale construction environments, and coordinating technical teams. * Knowledge of applied electrical engineering (LV, MV, and/or HV), interpretation of electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and technical documentation. * Familiarity with cost estimation, budgeting, and current electricity, safety, and regulatory standards. * Leadership, planning, organizational, and decision-making capabilities. * Personal transportation. * Preference for candidates residing in the Northern Zone of Greater Buenos Aires (GBA) or the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (CABA). * Knowledge of lightning protection and grounding systems (desirable). * Proficiency in SRT 900/15 protocol. * Ability to resolve technical issues under pressure and on-site. **Work Modality:** * Full-time (Monday to Friday, 8:00–18:00) — On-site (Location: CABA and Northern GBA). * Permanent employment contract. * Travel allowances and mileage compensation.
