




Summary: This role supports resource management, focusing on supply/demand, assignment planning, and collaborating on capacity and project needs within the Dentsu Creative Service Line. Proactively engage with resources to understand skills and aspirations The purpose of this role is to support the resource management team with managing supply and demand across the Dentsu Creative Service Line. Assists in planning and process for all assignments and extensions of resources based on capacity and demand needs. Collaborate with Resource Specialist/Manager to review trending on quality metrics for management associated with capacity. Partner with Resource Specialist/Manager to understand brief of project, submit job requests in our CRER system for perm or non\-perm and track status with recruiting team. Help maintain level of effort, time off and skillsets within the SmartSheet tool. Job Description: We are looking for a Resource Manager to add to our team at Dentsu. Key Responsibilities:* PM/PL/RM Meetings: Partner with Resource Manager, to lead meetings \& call attendees in for bi\-weekly resourcing meetings. Take note of new projects, timeline changes, etc. during these calls. * RM Team Meetings: Actively participate \& take notes during weekly RM meetings * Updating Tools/Administrative Tasks: Ensure up\-to\-date and accurate information by Friday each week in allocation tool, org charts, grid, \& internal CRER tracker. * CRER Submission: submit all permanent employees CRERs for all relevant projects and resources. * Career Navigator: proactively engages with resources, gains meaningful understanding of their skills, experience and aspirations, and identifies the right opportunities for them * Lead Non Perm Employee Process: Lead non\-perm Process from CRER Submission to Offboarding * Onboarding \& Offboarding: Onboarding and offboarding of all new team members * Allocation Tool Review: Review resource capacity/allocations across all clients for Production, Strategy and Influencer Key Skills and Experience:* Workday experience * Excel proficiency * Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills * Comfort in interacting and building relationships with stakeholders and clients of all levels * A strong ability to communicate effectively and kindly * Ability to problem\-solve autonomously and collaboratively We require an advanced / fluent english for this position as you will work with the US and Canada market This role is a full time position working from Argentina \#LI\-IL1 Location: Buenos Aires Brand: Dentsu Creative Time Type: Full time Contract Type: Permanent
