Focus on continuous improvement, safety, quality, and personnel development Foresto — an industrial company located in Misiones — is seeking a Senior Engineering professional to join its Electrical Maintenance team. Main Responsibilities: * Plan, coordinate, and ensure execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs. * Organize and track Work Orders (WOs), ensuring timely and proper completion. * Provide technical support to the team during task execution. * Analyze failures, deviations, and stoppages using the Systematic Problem Treatment (SPT) methodology. * Monitor accurate entry of tasks, hours, and materials into the management system. * Define and manage spare parts inventory required for equipment and facility maintenance. * Evaluate team performance, identify training needs, and promote professional development. Requirements: * Graduate in Electrical, Electronic, or Electromechanical Engineering.
