Paz We are looking for an experienced Buyer to join a major, expanding bakery plant. Responsibilities Manage the procurement process for supplies, raw materials, and services. Negotiate with suppliers, evaluating price, quality, and delivery timelines. Coordinate supply chain operations to ensure uninterrupted production. Perform inventory control, purchase order management, and delivery tracking. Maintain and update the supplier database. Requirements Prior experience in procurement (mandatory). Knowledge of gastronomy/bakery operations (not mandatory, but valued). Proficiency in Excel and management systems. Strong negotiation skills and results orientation. Residence in areas near José C. Paz or willingness to relocate. (Knowledge will be assessed during the interview). We Offer Permanent position with opportunities for development.
