We are looking for a **Production Supervisor** who wants to be part of a growing team and lead our production shifts toward excellence. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead, motivate, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve production goals. * Develop and execute operational procedures aligned with planning and quality standards. * Supervise working conditions, promoting a safe and efficient environment. * Monitor plant operating conditions and actively participate in production meetings. * Prepare reports and contribute to the management of operational cleaning in the plant. **What we are looking for:** * Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Food, Chemical), or equivalent experience in the industry (not mandatory). * Proven experience in production management within food manufacturing plants. * Solid knowledge in general chemistry, physics, thermodynamics, and baking techniques. * Proficiency in computer tools (especially Office) and quality management systems, food safety, and occupational health. * Exceptional interpersonal skills, with personnel management and teamwork capabilities. **Valued Competencies:** * Emotional intelligence and leadership. * Ability to work in teams and manage group dynamics. * Focus on continuous improvement and achieving quality and efficiency targets. **Conditions:** * Workload: 48 hours per week.
