As.** **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate, direct, and control production operations. * Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and hygiene standards. * Supervise the entire process: raw material reception, production, final product, and storage. **Specific Functions** * Plan production and manage supplies. * Supervise staff performance. * Guarantee proper machinery maintenance. * Resolve operational issues and act as liaison between production and management. **Requirements** * Experience in the cold storage industry (**mandatory**). * Experience in similar positions (**not mandatory**). * Training in **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)** (**not mandatory**). **Working Conditions** * Dependent employment relationship. * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 05 to 15 hrs / Saturdays from 06 to 12 hrs. * Sunday: day off. * Benefit: cafeteria. * Health insurance: Meat Processing Industry Workers.
