Your Main Responsibilities You will be a key player in the comprehensive management of Human Resources processes, with a strong focus on plant personnel: * **Personnel Administration and Payroll Management:** * Processing employee updates, monitoring absenteeism, and controlling documentation for salary calculations (mandatory). * Managing employee hires, terminations, and modifications with regulatory agencies. * **Recruitment and Hiring:** * Lead the search and selection process for operational and technical profiles (e.g., machine operators, maintenance technicians). * Manage the *Onboarding* process and monitor new employee integration. * **Labor Relations:** * Assist in interpreting collective bargaining agreements (UOYEP or similar) and handle first-level conflict resolution. * Process documentation with unions. * **Training and Development:** * Collaborate in identifying training needs for production staff. * Monitor execution of the annual training plan. Essential Requirements * **Education:** Graduate or advanced student in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in similar positions, **preferably in productive industries (Manufacturing, Plastics, Metalworking)**. * **Specific Knowledge:** Solid knowledge of Argentine Labor Contract Law (LCT), and proven experience in personnel administration and pre-payroll processing. * **Skills:** Effective communication skills, internal customer service orientation, problem-solving ability, and hands-on (practical) profile.
