Job Summary: We are seeking a Merchandiser to visit retail outlets, improve product displays, create new display spaces, and ensure the proper execution of commercial strategies. Key Highlights: 1. Integration into a sales and promotion team MERCHANDISER We are currently looking for 1 Merchandiser for an important client of our consultancy. The role involves visiting retail outlets according to the assigned route, working on product positioning, improving displays, and creating new display spaces in line with brand guidelines. Employment will be under the Commerce Collective Bargaining Agreement, with an indefinite-term contract. Employment Type: Indefinite-term contract. Responsibilities: Monitor commercial management and achievement of objectives. Ensure proper implementation of Integra’s represented brands’ display strategies at retail outlets, guaranteeing order, cleanliness, and visibility to strengthen brand positioning and customer relationships. Analyze results, generate diagnostics, and propose action plans. Prepare management reports for both the brand and the consultancy. Ensure correct field execution of commercial strategies. Information handover, adherence to guidelines, outlet cleanliness, POP material implementation, and display equipment setup. Requirements: Personal transportation (car) – mandatory. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions (e.g., promoter/sales supervision). Analytical, commercial, and self-management profile (analysis, diagnosis, action plan). Leadership skills.
