Your responsibilities will include: Managing the recruitment and selection process from the initial candidate contact through to onboarding. Preparing, publishing, and administering job postings. Managing personnel files. Participating in training initiatives. Collaborating in the onboarding of new hires. Supporting Human Resources development activities. Promoting continuous improvement across all HR processes. Performing general personnel administration tasks. Requirements: Professional or advanced student in Human Resources, Psychology, Labor Relations, or related fields. Experience in generalist HR tasks. Proficiency in Google tools: Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, Presentations (preferred). Experience using web-based systems. Proactive, flexible, and dynamic attitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to work effectively in teams will be highly valued.
