Your mission will be to design, execute, and optimize digital and omnichannel strategies that drive business growth, connecting branding, media, and performance with a focus on measurable results. What challenges await you? Plan, execute, and optimize performance digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, email, marketplaces). Monitor and maximize advertising return on investment (ROAS) through advanced analysis and continuous improvement. Strategically integrate paid media, CRM, social networks, and promotions with business objectives. Develop dashboards and reports enabling agile, data-driven decisions. Collaborate with internal teams and coordinate management with external providers, ensuring investment efficiency and execution quality. Drive initiatives that increase traffic, conversion, and customer retention, generating direct impact on sales and profitability. Ensure alignment between brand positioning and performance actions. Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing, with a focus on business results. Proven experience in multichannel performance campaigns and conversion funnel optimization. Advanced proficiency in digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, custom dashboards). Analytical, autonomous profile with strategic vision and results orientation. Experience in retail, ecommerce, or consumer goods (highly valued).
