Based on this experience and diversity, we work with customers, partners, and researchers to find increasingly relevant solutions to the needs of nutrition, health, naturalness, and respect for our environment.** **Job Description** **General Responsibilities** * Analyze production processes for standardization and continuous improvement. * Coordinate, optimize, and follow up on continuous improvement and validation of production processes (performance, quality, and costs) across all areas of SAF Argentina and GBI Salta plants. * Provide support to area supervisors under the supervision of the Production Manager. * Actively collaborate with the Regional Industrial Director and the Regional Lean/4.0 Manager. * Promote and enforce company policies. * Participate in defining and achieving management objectives. * Collect and interpret monthly production results from various areas together with each sector's responsible personnel. **Specific Responsibilities** * Design, implement, and optimize production systems. * Analyze and resolve production issues. * Propose trials and improvement plans aimed at operational excellence in production KPIs (fermentation, LP, LSI, TAR): quality, efficiency, cost optimization, and new product development. * Evaluate and ensure process control in coordination with each sector's responsible personnel. * Identify bottlenecks and propose actions to increase production capacity. * Establish and monitor action plans in coordination with plants and the Regional Industrial Directorate. * Support data intelligence processes (data collection and complementary analysis). * Serve as the national contact point on industrial intelligence matters, in collaboration with the Regional Industrial Director and the Regional Lean Manager. * Lead specific CAPEX projects when assigned. * Participate in the startup and fine-tuning of new processes. * Provide technical support in specific projects or actions. * Keep technical operator training content updated. * Support the development of key technical skills for plant personnel in Argentina. * Manage the implementation of innovations, including studies and installation of new equipment. * Perform other tasks assigned by management. **Requirements** **Education:** * University degree in Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Biotechnology, or Chemistry. A Master’s degree or specialization in related fields will be valued. * Solid knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.). * Proficiency in root cause analysis and problem-solving tools (Ishikawa, 5 Whys, FMEA, among others). **Experience and Knowledge:** * Proven industrial experience of at least 3 to 4 years in food or chemical industries. * In-depth knowledge of production processes such as fermentation, drying, packaging, evaporation, and wastewater treatment. * Strong foundation in applied mathematics, chemistry, and microbiology. * Advanced proficiency in computer tools: Excel, Office applications, and familiarity with specific production software and ERP systems. * Advanced English (mandatory).
