Manage documentation related to onboarding new personnel. - Collect, organize, and maintain up-to-date personnel documentation, complying with current legal requirements. - Intervene in conflict situations, acting as a mediator to foster an environment of respect, dialogue, and cooperation. - Promote open, clear, and transparent communication with the team, encouraging constructive exchange of ideas and information. - Conduct periodic site visits to assess customer satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for improvement. - Verify that cleaning product dilution follows the corresponding dilution chart for each service, and ensure all staff use the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). - Ensure availability of materials (cleaning products) to prevent shortages that could affect service quality. - Supervise proper usage and optimal functioning of equipment, including inventory control. - Develop and maintain an updated Service Diagram. - Promote additional service sales to existing clients. - Continuously monitor team performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and development. **Requirements:** - Minimum experience: 2 years in similar roles. - Team management experience. - Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety regulations. - Planning and organizational skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and digital tools. - Residence in CAÑUELAS or nearby.
