Job Summary: We are seeking an Operational Logistics Supervisor to ensure the efficiency of the distribution center by leading teams and guaranteeing high service levels. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensively manage logistics processes and control inventory. Enterprise Consultants is currently searching for an Operational Logistics Supervisor to join a leading industrial company. The role aims to ensure the operational efficiency of the distribution center through planning, coordination, and control of logistics processes, while leading the workforce and ensuring high service levels. Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and supervise operational resources (personnel, equipment, and systems). Comprehensively manage logistics processes: receiving, storage, order picking, and dispatch. Ensure traceability and accuracy of records in systems (WMS / ERP). Control inventory, ensuring alignment between physical stock and system records. Monitor service, productivity, and lead time indicators. Promote continuous improvement using methodologies such as Kaizen, 5S, and Lean. Prepare management reports and indicator analysis. Ensure safety, order, and cleanliness standards in the warehouse. Lead, develop, and evaluate the operational team. Supervise proper use and maintenance of equipment. What do we need from you? Tertiary or university degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields (not mandatory). Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles within distribution centers or warehouses. Experience leading operational teams. Knowledge of logistics processes (Inbound, Outbound, inventory, returns, and warranties). Proficiency in WMS and ERP systems (TOTVS preferred). Intermediate Excel and data analysis tools skills. Familiarity with logistics KPIs and continuous improvement methodologies. Leadership, planning, and analytical capabilities. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
