At La Vie Suite, we are hiring a proactive, empathetic, and service-oriented individual who wants to join our Front Desk team and deliver an exceptional experience to our guests. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: • Process guest check-in and check-out. • Manage reservations (in person and by phone) according to availability and commercial policies. • Review incidents and updates from previous shifts. • Handle electronic invoicing. • Provide concierge services to guests and visitors. REQUIREMENTS: • Students of Hospitality, Tourism or related fields. • Residency in CABA or nearby areas. • Full-time availability. • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English. (Additional languages are a plus.) • Experience with hotel management systems (not mandatory; PMS training provided). • Strong ability to work under pressure, resolve complaints, and collaborate effectively within a team.
