We are currently looking for a CM/Content Creator to: Cover activities and produce audiovisual content in an agile, creative, and professional manner. This role involves being present at the scene, identifying key moments, recording them with judgment, writing compelling copy, and editing materials for publication on social networks. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct live or recorded coverage of events, meetings, and activities. * Write original, clear, and institution-aligned copy. * Edit videos dynamically and attractively, adapting them to different social media formats (Reels, TikTok, Stories, YouTube Shorts, etc.). **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a degree program in Communication, Literature, Journalism, or related fields. * Experience in video editing using Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar applications. * Excellent writing and spelling skills. * Proficiency in social media platforms and knowledge of current trends. * Full-time availability and flexible hours for coverage. * Valid driver's license (Mandatory). * Must reside in San Miguel district or surrounding areas. **Work Schedule and Location:** Monday through Friday, afternoon shift availability required. What you need to know about this position: As an Internal Communications People Intern, you will be part of a multidisciplinary People team focused on Internal Communication for Mondelez Supply Chain (MSC), working on the creation of videos and communications, from designing materials to their execution. Additionally, you will participate in organizing events and activations at the Pacheco Plant, acting as a liaison on topics such as culture, recognition, process modernization, among others. As part of your role, you will actively collaborate with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality, HSE, Engineering, Planning, and other areas. Education / Certifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Communication, Public Relations, Media Management, or related fields, with at least 2 years remaining until graduation.
