* Conduct follow-up and diagnostic visits at client plants to ensure proper product usage on production lines. * Perform calibration and adjustment of client lines to optimize their performance. * Handle non-conformances or complaints at the client's plant, conducting root cause analysis and determining corrective actions to close cases. * Carry out testing and implementation of our products at client plants to validate technical and/or commercial requirements. * Perform measurements, tests, and verifications of products in our laboratories to generate analytical reports supporting decision-making for validations, claims, or development projects. * Report incidents related to Safety and Quality. Requirements * Education level: Technicians in mechanics, maintenance, electricity, electronics or related fields. * Excel proficiency. * SAP knowledge desirable. * Knowledge of Prerequisite Programs, BPM, HACCP, Personnel Behavior Policy, Quality and Food Safety Policy. * Knowledge of IPER and Environmental Aspects, Safety, Occupational Health and Environment Policy, Sustainability Policy. * Own vehicle and valid driver's license.
