We are currently seeking a Construction Foreman with proven experience in personnel management and project execution.
Responsibilities
Coordination and supervision of site personnel (workers and subcontractors).
Interpretation and reading of construction drawings.
Organization of daily tasks and progress monitoring.
Quality control during work execution.
Compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
Direct communication with technical management / site management.
Basic control of materials and tools on site.
Requirements
Proven experience as a foreman or site supervisor. (Minimum 5 years required)
Knowledge of reading and interpreting construction drawings.
Experience in civil works / traditional construction (masonry, concrete, finishes, etc.).
Leadership ability and personnel management skills.
Responsibility, organization, and commitment.
Full-time availability.
Preferred Qualifications
Technical education (e.g., Master Builder, Construction Technician, or related field).
Knowledge of safety and hygiene regulations.
Experience in medium- or large-scale projects.
Personal transportation.
