




Job Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Assistant to manage the end-to-end procurement process, develop suppliers, and ensure operational continuity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the end-to-end procurement process. 2. Develops and evaluates suppliers. 3. Maintains daily interaction with customers and suppliers. Procurement Assistant – Pilar We are currently looking for a Procurement Assistant to join our team in Pilar. Main Responsibilities: Execute the end-to-end procurement process: from purchase order (PO) receipt to internal customer (requester) acceptance confirmation of goods or services. Share key information with your manager to support decision-making. Develop and manage suppliers: identify and evaluate competent suppliers (ideally 5 per process) for price and commercial terms comparison. Directly manage purchase orders, maintaining daily interaction with internal customers and suppliers to ensure operational continuity, on-time delivery, and quality. Anticipate risks, handle urgencies and unforeseen events, resolving issues autonomously and escalating when appropriate. Requirements: Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory). Experience in procurement or similar roles (preferred). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
