If you are studying **Human Resources, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering**, have completed and passed at least 50% of your degree, and have approximately one and a half to two years remaining, we have an opening for you as a **Talent Development Trainee** to work at our **Campana plant.**
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Follow up on promotions, transfers, and category changes for SFE personnel, coordinating with HRBPs, line managers, and the SSC to ensure proper process management.
* Manage onboarding processes, validate requirements, and track pending items, coordinating necessary approvals and assignments.
* Monitor probationary periods for SFE employees promoted to TL roles, supporting objective setting, administrative management, and progress tracking.
* Support contract renewal processes by analyzing background information and evaluations, as well as managing vacancies and tracking internal recruitment processes.
* Participate in Talent Management process improvement initiatives—particularly within the PMO—collaborating in the review and redefinition of the performance evaluation process through analysis of key performance indicators and preparation of preliminary evaluations.
**Requirements:**
* Students of **Human Resources, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering**, having completed and passed at least 50% of their degree, with approximately one and a half to two years remaining.
* Intermediate English (B2 level or higher).
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Knowledge of Power Automate.
* Availability to work at our Campana plant under one of the following arrangements:
* + 2 full-time in-person days and 1 part-time remote day.
+ 4 part-time in-person days and 1 part-time remote day.
