




For an Important Logistics Company Main responsibilities: . Organize and plan the daily routes of technicians efficiently, optimizing time and resources. * Coordinate in-home technical visits, ensuring that technicians have all necessary information for each service. * Contact customers to schedule appointments, confirm them, and reschedule when necessary. * Send the daily schedule to technicians and monitor its execution. * Coordinate with technicians any incidents or changes in the schedule. * Maintain constant communication with customers, providing prompt attention and solutions for changes or issues. * Collaborate with the technical and customer service teams to improve the service experience. Requirements: Ability to optimize routes and timing. * Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. * Proficiency with computer tools and management software (CRM, ERP). * Strong interpersonal communication skills with both technicians and customers. * Proactive attitude and results-oriented. Age between 25 and 55 years Completed secondary education. Preferable knowledge of foreign trade and international traffic.
