




**Production Manager Analyst** **Paramount** is seeking a **Production Manager Analyst** to join the **Production Management** team in Buenos Aires. The individual will be responsible for leading the comprehensive administrative management of television productions, collaborating with Production, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Tax teams. This role will be key in ensuring the efficient development of projects, guaranteeing compliance with the company's legal, tax, and budgetary standards. **Main responsibilities include:** * Participate in the comprehensive evaluation of each project together with Production and Operations, identifying needs and estimating resources. * Develop and monitor the budget for each production, ensuring expense control and resource optimization. * Coordinate the strategy for hiring suppliers and talent, managing the entire corresponding administrative process. * Serve as the primary liaison with Legal and Tax departments, ensuring regulatory compliance and proper contract formalization. * Provide administrative support at all levels of the production team, including supervision, management, and direction. * Prepare and present periodic reports on spending status, hires, and other key project indicators. * Identify opportunities for improvement in internal processes and lead their implementation. **Requirements:** We are looking for graduates in Business Administration, Economics, Audiovisual Production, or related fields, with at least 5 years of experience in media, television, film, or advertising. We seek candidates with strong analytical skills, autonomy, and proven experience in administrative project management.
