**ABOUT THE ROLE** As Associate Manager, Development Engineering Packaging based in Pilar Plant, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of innovative and sustainable packaging solutions, optimizing materials, processes, and collaborating with technical teams and suppliers across Latin America. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Propose new, innovative, and creative packaging solutions. * Strong focus on Sustainability and use of recycled materials. * Validation of materials and specifications. * Testing with packaging materials. * Optimization of packaging through testing with alternative materials and analytical performance assessment. * Implementation of alternative packaging at plant and third-party sites. Optimization of production processes. * Contact with Packaging Suppliers and Third Parties. * Work closely with technical leads from the global RD\&E expert team. * Administrative tasks associated with projects and applied systems. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE** * Graduates in: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Design. * Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG, chemical, food, pharmaceutical industries, or packaging material suppliers (paper mills, cardboard manufacturers, plastic or metallurgical industries). * Knowledge of packaging technologies (plastic / aerosols). * Knowledge and focus on Sustainability and use of recycled materials. * Experience in project management and tracking. * Proficiency in MS Office / AutoCAD. * English: Advanced level. **DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES** * We are looking for a methodical and detail-oriented individual.
