We are seeking an **SDR / BDR** for one of the startups in our ecosystem to drive its outbound commercial strategy, generating qualified opportunities within accounts in the IT, Digital, Innovation, and Data sectors. Remote position based in **Argentina**, working with the team in **Spain**. **Role Responsibilities** * Multichannel outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, email, and calls). * Identification of decision-makers in IT, Digital, Innovation, and Data departments. * In-depth research on target accounts (account-based mindset). * Lead qualification using a structured methodology (adaptable SPICED). * Scheduling qualified meetings for the sales team. * Rigorous management of HubSpot (contacts, companies, deals, and properties). * Consistent feedback to the team on commercial messaging, objections, and market signals. **Requirements:** --------------- 1–3 years of experience as an SDR / BDR in the tech sector. Experience with HubSpot CRM, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Experience selling IT services or digital solutions (preferred). Basic knowledge of data / AI. Analytical ability and capacity to structure messaging. Intermediate English (not mandatory). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Metrics-driven mindset. High level of autonomy and discipline in remote work.
