Our classes and materials are primarily filmed in English and distributed to a global audience of real estate professionals. **Position Description** We are seeking a **Video Production and Lighting Specialist** with hands-on experience in video capture, lighting design, and camera operation. The ideal candidate combines technical skills with a creative eye to help us produce high-quality audiovisual content that reflects the professionalism and energy of our brand. This is an **on-site, full-time position** based in **Palermo, Buenos Aires**, working directly with our coaching team to film lessons, interviews, and promotional material. **Responsibilities** * Set up, test, and operate cameras, lights, and audio equipment for studio and location recordings. * Design and adjust lighting setups to achieve professional video quality under various lighting conditions. * Assist with basic editing tasks, color balancing, and file organization for post-production. * Maintain and care for video, lighting, and sound equipment. * Creatively collaborate in planning framing, angles, and visual composition. * Communicate in **basic English**, as most videos are recorded in this language. * Properly organize and manage video files and storage. **Requirements** * Education in Audiovisual Production, Film, Communications, or related fields, or equivalent work experience. * **1 to 3 years** of practical experience in video production or lighting. * Knowledge of DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lighting equipment, and microphones. * Ability to communicate in basic English. * Strong eye for lighting, detail, and visual storytelling. * Organized, proactive, and reliable individual. * **Full-time availability** to work in **Palermo, Buenos Aires**. **Equipment** Agent Mastery Coaching provides most of the professional video and lighting equipment required for productions.
