




Job Summary: Provide technical support and ensure the proper functioning of the technological infrastructure, guaranteeing operational continuity in a dynamic retail environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administer and maintain the company's IT infrastructure 2. Provide technical support to retail points of sale and internal teams 3. Respond to and resolve system and connectivity incidents Provide support and ensure the proper functioning of the company's technological infrastructure, guaranteeing operational continuity across approximately 60 retail locations and for internal customers within a dynamic retail environment. Main Responsibilities * Administer and maintain the company's IT infrastructure (networks, servers, hardware, and workstations). * Provide technical support to retail points of sale and internal teams (on-site and remote). * Respond to and resolve incidents related to systems, connectivity, and equipment. * Support operations and ensure proper functioning of the Napse billing system. * Coordinate and conduct on-site visits for support, preventive, and corrective maintenance tasks. * Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and modifications, as well as access rights and equipment. * Document procedures, incidents, and technical solutions. * Administration of Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365\. Additionally, it drives brand development and positioning through commercial and marketing initiatives, ensuring logistical efficiency and product availability. Requirements Prior experience in IT Infrastructure / Technical Support roles. Experience in retail companies or organizations with multiple points of sale. (MANDATORY) Technical education and/or certifications in IT Infrastructure will be valued. Knowledge of networks, hardware, operating systems (Windows), and end-user support. Experience or familiarity with billing systems is desirable (preferably Napse). Experience providing support to retail points of sale and internal customers. Availability to travel to retail locations as required by operational needs. Ability to adapt, flexibility, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and service orientation.
