




What does the company do? A service company with a long-standing market presence is expanding its team. They provide transportation and distribution services, port operations, warehousing, foreign trade, and e-commerce solutions for clients in retail, healthcare, personal care, metallurgy, and other industries. What do you need to join the team? On a personal level: Practical judgment to optimize time and costs. Good communication skills. Leadership and negotiation abilities. On a technical level: At least 3 years of experience in similar roles. Knowledge and experience in Logistics | Mandatory. Proficiency in management systems (WMS / TMS). Experience with Microsoft Project, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint | Mandatory. Familiarity with Agile Methodologies. Knowledge and application of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 27001 technical standards | Desirable. Intermediate/advanced English is a plus. What will you do? Within this role, your responsibilities will include: Being responsible for managing system-related projects from initiation to closure. Agreeing on, planning, and controlling scope, budget, and schedule, ensuring compliance with each phase according to the implemented methodology. Identifying, documenting, and reporting potential causes of deviations; agreeing on and implementing necessary corrective actions. Analyzing and reporting project risks. Ensuring smooth communication with all involved departments. Calling and leading progress meetings with all stakeholders and the project team. Requesting and providing training to internal resources, ensuring proper knowledge transfer. What is the challenge of the position? The main challenge of the role is leading technology projects with real business impact, ensuring alignment of projects with logistical business needs. This requires applying planning and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks across different business units, achieving defined objectives despite deviations or issues arising during the project lifecycle. Who will you work with? The person in this role will report directly to the IT Projects Manager. Additionally, they will interact with external and internal clients/suppliers to carry out requirements gathering, implementation, and training tasks. What tools will you work with? The tools used will be: MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Scrum, and Kanban. When and where will you work? Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM. The work model is hybrid, requiring attendance at the office located in the Northern Area of Buenos Aires Province two or three days per week, with possible visits to warehouses as project needs arise.
