Job Summary: We are seeking a Service Advisor for an official automotive dealership, focused on professional customer service and growth within the service department, working collaboratively with the mechanical workshop. Professional development and continuous training We are currently looking for a Service Advisor to join an official automotive dealership located in Palermo – Capital Federal, dedicated to delivering professional customer service and advancing within the service department while collaborating closely with the mechanical workshop. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers entering the service area and provide friendly and professional service. Identify customer needs and assist in preparing work orders. Support explanations of services, estimated timeframes, and repair processes. Monitor vehicle status in coordination with the workshop team. Maintain communication with customers regarding progress or updates. Assist in vehicle handover, explaining completed work. Record information and transactions in the dealership’s internal systems. Adhere to brand-defined quality and service standards. Collaborate with the mechanical workshop. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of prior experience as a Service Advisor. Previous experience in official automotive dealerships. Interest in the automotive industry and the service/after-sales area. Strong communication skills and customer interaction abilities. Organized, responsible profile with willingness to learn. Proficiency in computer tools. Familiarity with management system software. Service-oriented mindset and customer focus. Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00–12:00 and 13:00–18:00, in Palermo, Capital Federal.
